Update:  Homeowners, our Warranty Department is in the process of installing new warranty software that will allow work orders to be generated for our contractors in a more timely manner.  The Warranty Manager has been working on inputting all the home owners data and contractors information.  We know this process has delayed work orders from being completed, we are so sorry and hope to get your items completed soon.

NEWS UPDATE

Home owner's please review your warranty to check to see what items are only repaired once during your 1 year limited warranty.  Base boards and ceiling crown joints that have cracks due to wood shrinkage are repaired only once.  Grout cracks on wall or floor tile is repaired only once.  Places where tile meets tubs or countertops is caulked due to flexing of materials and needs completed by home owners.
