In 1975 Wiley Cunningham began
working in the construction business as
a trim carpenter's apprentice. Intrigued
by the structural aspects of
homebuilding, he started framing
houses… and, eventually, his career.
With over 15 years of frame experience
alone, he knows the importance of a
solid structure. Over the years, Wiley
has built or supervised over 600 homes
in the metro area and learned from the
ground up all facets of the building industry. After graduating from Putnam City in 1979, Wiley attended Oklahoma State University where he studied engineering and architecture and was a member of Phi Delta Theta. A former Army artillery officer, Wiley received an honorable discharge in 2002 as a Captain in the National Guard. Known for his calm demeanor, Wiley takes a hands-on approach to every brass brick home. Not only does he offer expertise in many areas, he enjoys helping out in the field by pounding a nail or sweeping a porch. His hard work and integrity are apparent in each and every brass brick home.
